Our building is located at 540 Lafayette Road/Route 15, Sparta, NJ, which offers our patients the convenience of an x-ray facility and a modern physical therapy department with licensed physical therapists to assist you. We also have a satellite office located at 477 State Route 10, College Plaza, Randolph, NJ.
